Your Responsibilities:
I. Multilingual Sales Support (Chinese / English / German)
* Prepare trilingual sales documents such as quotations, bids, and contracts;
* Coordinate multilingual communication between international customers and the Chinese headquarters to ensure clear and accurate project exchanges;
* Follow up on key milestones in overseas sales projects, and accurately translate and document updates.
II. Order & Contract Management
* Manage the full lifecycle of sales contracts: review, archive, and synchronize across languages;
* Input orders into the system and monitor the process through delivery, invoicing, shipment, and payment;
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
III. Data & Report Management
* Maintain customer and order records; support multilingual data handling;
* Generate regional sales reports and contribute to budget and KPI tracking.
IV. Customer Communication & Internal Coordination
* Manage daily communication with customers, including billing, logistics, and payments;
* Support internal approval processes to ensure efficient and compliant project implementation;
* Assist in organizing exhibitions, customer visits, and sales meetings.
Your Profile:
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Business Administration, Languages, or Engineering-related fields.
Experience:
* At least 1 year of experience in sales support, commercial assistance, or order management;
* Experience in multinational companies or overseas projects is a plus;
* Familiarity with construction equipment or B2B sales is preferred.
Language Requirements (mandatory):
* Chinese: Native or fluent
* English: Business fluent (for professional communication and documentation)
* German: Native or business fluent (able to manage contracts and customer interactions independently)
Skills:
* Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); ERP system experience is preferred;
* Strong coordination and communication abilities, with good stress management and execution;
* Responsible, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced, international work environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
* Experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or large overseas infrastructure projects;
* Familiarity with international exhibitions, bidding, or global customer service;
* Knowledge of Incoterms, cross-border logistics, and international payment methods.
