About the Role
Are you interested in analyzing how marketing data influences meaningful business insights? Do you enjoy connecting numbers with real commercial impact? We're looking for a Marketing Analytics Working Student to help us measure, understand, and optimize how marketing drives revenue in a growing international tech company.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain reports that track marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue
* Analyse Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and lead-to-revenue journey performance
* Support multi-touch attribution modelling
* Analyse campaign performance across digital and offline channels
* Identify trends, patterns and optimisation opportunities
* Support leadership reporting through dashboards and insights
* Work with CRM and marketing automation data to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Help improve tracking, attribution logic and reporting processes
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics or similar
Required Skills
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Familiarity with Excel with a willingness to quickly learn additional software tools such as PowerBI (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (such as Salesforce)
* Basic understanding of marketing funnels and B2B revenue models
* Structured, reliable and comfortable working with data sets
* Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required)
* Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
