Responsibilities
* You ensure the smooth, qualified and orderly running of the SPA-ROSA
* You support our management in realising the company's goals
* You will manage a team of up to 30 employees from the fitness, pool, sauna, cosmetics and body therapy departments as well as our trainee sports and fitness clerks
* You are the contact person for our internal and external guests
* You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to our guests at all times
What sets you apart
* Completed vocational training, ideally in the hotel, spa, wellness, beauty or fitness sector and relevant management experience
* You have strong communication skills and inspire guests and colleagues with your positive charisma and your competent and warm demeanour
