This role is central to driving innovation, digital transformation, and AI adoption through strategic sourcing and strong supplier partnerships. Your Responsibilities: Manage both direct and indirect IT spend, with a focus on software and IT services, ensuring procurement supports strategic business initiatives. Lead end-to-end sourcing processes that deliver value beyond cost savings, translating business needs into effective procurement strategies. Conduct contract negotiations and manage framework agreements with major IT vendors, driving bundling and optimization across regions. Collaborate with internal departments such as IT, product management, and sales to align procurement with broader organizational goals. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, overseeing the full source-to-contract lifecycle and securing beneficial long-term agreements. Your Profile: Several years of experience in IT/software procurement within international and cross-functional environments. Deep understanding of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, cloud platforms, licensing models, SLAs, and legal aspects of IT contracts. Proven success in negotiating strategic contracts with major vendors (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, SAP). Strong interpersonal and solution-oriented skills, with the ability to independently engage with internal stakeholders. Degree in business administration, IT, or procurement; fluent English and at least B2-level German (additional languages are a plus). Analytical mindset, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with procurement systems; excellent communication and organizational skills.
