In the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) functional area, our client is responsible for innovation and supply chain management as well as all commercial processes in the business divisions. The Supply Chain & Logistics EMLA unit (Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Africa) acts as a platform for a secure, efficient and sustainable supply chain.
Customer order management is the central interface between internal divisions and external customers - with the aim of creating an outstanding customer experience.

Your tasks
5. Order processing: Acceptance, processing and tracking of customer orders including exception management for various order types in the EMLA region
6. Customer communication: Written and telephone contact with our international B2B customers
7. Invoicing & complaints: Preparation of invoices, credit notes and processing of complaints
8. Interface management: Close cooperation with the logistics, production planning and sales departments
9. Process optimization: Active participation in the continuous improvement of the order-to-cash process (OtC), participation in team meetings, analysis of process disruptions using KPIs and documentation according to lean standards
Your profile
Must-Haves:
10. Completed commercial training
11. Several years of professional experience in customer order management, ideally in a B2B environment
12. Confident handling of MS Office 365, SAP SD and SAP CRM / C4C
13. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
