The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) systems across our organization, with a focus on secure military environments and cloud capabilities. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) systems, including authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) protocols Develop and implement identity management strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including those related to secure military environments and cloud computing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy IAM solutions that meet business requirements and security standards, including those related to classified networks and systems Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate potential security threats to identity systems Develop and maintain documentation for IAM systems, including system architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting guides Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the IAM space and make recommendations for future system enhancements and upgrades Collaborate with security teams to ensure that IAM systems are aligned with organizational security policies and procedures, including those related to secure military environments and cloud computing Requirements: Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or commensurate experience. Active Secret security clearance or higher and current US Citizen. IAT Level III Certification (e.g., CASP, CISSP). 5 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) systems, including design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Okta, or Ping Identity. Strong knowledge of IAM protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, and cloud-based identity federation protocols. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Desired Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with military-specific IAM solutions (e.g., DoD ICAM). Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM).
