Your regular tasks will include monitoring and troubleshooting, ensuring required availability, implementing operational security measures (e.g., installing releases from federal authorities and external process manufacturers, restarting applications), and system optimization. In all these activities, you will always work together with your team colleagues and be in close coordination with our customers in the Immigration and Naturalization Service Center, external product manufacturers, internal and external partner procedures, and our infrastructure teams.
