Job Description Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes Create, review, and manage employment contracts, contract changes, and other HR-related documents in line with legal requirements Help define, improve, and organize HR processes Advise and support employees with HR-related questions Maintain and manage employee files, master data, and HR databases carefully and accurately Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies Work closely with the People & Organization team and other stakeholders to implement HR strategies and improve processes between departments
