As a Food Scientist Intern, you'll contribute to enhancing the overall sensory including aroma and flavor in our ChoViva and a new ingredient under development, while assisting with ingredient preparation and prototype development. You will support in recipe, product and/or flavor development of the current ChoViva products or a new ingredient currently under development
Plan and carry our test productions, including raw material preparation
Conduct food science analyses using tools such as rheometers, texture analyzers, refractometers and sensory evaluation methods
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or similar field
~ Ideally, you have some initial experience in the food sector
~ You have a passion for sustainable food and working hand in hand with other ambitious people on something meaningful
~ You are enthusiastic about food science and product development and willing to learn food science related analytical methods
~You are self-disciplined, hands-on, pro-active and ready to take ownership
This internship opportunity must be linked to a mandatory internship through a university and should last 6 months. We don't accept thesis projects. Accelerated learning through hands-on work, mentorship and training
