We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Intern.
The internship is a 6-month opportunity to work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and gain valuable experience in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment processes: meeting managers, creating job offers, screening CVs, handling HR interviews, and organizing manager interviews.
* Onboard new employees: draw up agreements, prepare employee arrival, integrate new employees, and conduct welcome presentations during onboarding.
* Assist in organizing recruitment events, security checks, and managing the shared mailbox.
* Perform administrative tasks: sending forms, receiving documents, and updating employee files.
* Manage various HR projects (Mobility Days, Recruitment Forum, etc.).
* Support internal communication campaigns.
Requirements:
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Curious and enthusiastic attitude.
* Strong writing skills.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Office and marketing concepts.
Qualifications:
* University student in business, economics, human sciences, law, or a related field.
* A first experience in Human Resources is beneficial but not required.
Languages:
* Good knowledge of French and English is necessary.
