At Skinnify, we’re on a mission to revolutionize fitness by integrating resistance into everyday clothing. In just two years, we’ve grown from 0 to 120,000+ customers – and we’re only getting started.
Now, we’re looking for a Part-Time Email & SMS Marketer (20 hours/week) to take over our Klaviyo (email) and OneText (SMS) accounts for our English website (www.skinnify.co) and German website (www.skinnify.de). You’ll be responsible for planning and executing flows, ongoing A/B testing, and weekly campaign sends—always focused on performance.
🔹 Your Initial Responsibilities
✅ Audit our current Klaviyo and OneText setups
✅ Plan and send weekly email & SMS campaigns (promotions, product launches, storytelling)
✅ Optimize flows/automations: welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back
✅ Write conversion-focused copy for both email and SMS
✅ Set up segments and triggers for better personalization and targeting
✅ Monitor performance and suggest tests to improve open rates, CTR, conversion, and revenue

✅ Launch new flows and retention strategies based on customer lifecycle
✅ Manage large-scale promotions and product launches
✅ Develop seasonal calendars and multi-channel campaign strategies
✅ Take ownership of broader CRM and retention marketing initiatives

✔️ Email & SMS Experience – You’ve managed both channels for a DTC brand
✔️ Klaviyo Pro – You know how to set up flows, segments, reports, and automations
✔️ OneText or Similar SMS Tools – You’ve used SMS platforms and know how to write short-form copy that drives clicks
✔️ Strong Copy Skills – You know how to write subject lines, SMS hooks, and CTAs that convert
✔️ Analytical – You love digging into results and testing new ideas
✔️ Self-Starter – You take initiative and don’t need hand-holding
✔️ Fluent English – Clear, high-quality writing is essential
