Team Lead / Technical Services Supervisor (m/w/d)
Short Description
* Führung und Entwicklung des technischen Service-Team (6-10 Mitarbeitende) im Bereich industrieller und automatisierter Beschichtungsprozesse in der Automobilindustrie (Tier1/2 Umfeld)
* Ressourcenplanung und effiziente Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden
* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs, optimaler Auslastung, sowie Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung des Teams
* Technische Unterstützung von Kunden zur Anwendung unserer Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Prozesse mit Fokus auf Prozessstabilität, Linienperformance und Qualität
* Technische Verantwortung für Neuprojekte entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus (Launch, Ramp-up/SOP, Serienphase, EOL) unter Sicherstellung von Prozessstabilität und Serienreife
* Aktive Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Identifikation und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten durch technische Expertise und Kundeninteraktion
* Unterstützung des Claim-Managements durch strukturierte Fehleranalyse beim Kunden vor Ort sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Qualität, Produktion und R&D zur nachhaltigen Problemlösung
* Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im CRM-System
