Are you a highly motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for sales and technology? Soft & Cloud is expanding its reach into the Spanish market, and we are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our international team. In this role, you will be instrumental in initiating conversations with potential clients, identifying their needs, and generating qualified leads to fuel our growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for businesses looking to optimize their software investments.
Your Responsibilities:
* Proactive Outreach: Conduct cold calling (50-60%), emailing, and LinkedIn messaging to engage with potential customers in the Spanish market.
* Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by understanding customer challenges related to cloud costs and on-premise solutions.
* Meeting Generation: Book qualified meetings for our Account Executives, effectively conveying Soft & Cloud's value proposition.
* Digital Engagement: Participate in webinars and leverage digital tools for prospecting, including creating automated email campaigns.
* Inbound Management: Respond to incoming inquiries and requests from potential clients.
* Content Collaboration: Contribute to content creation efforts that support lead generation.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a resilient "hunter" with a strong drive to succeed, even in the face of challenges. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our market expansion.
Your Qualifications:
* Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client-facing and sales roles, ideally within software, SaaS, or tech solutions.
* Languages: Native-level Spanish is essential. Proficiency in English is required, and basic German knowledge for internal communication is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of persistence and resilience.
* Strong ability to identify and qualify business opportunities.
* Comfortable with outbound prospecting techniques.
* Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and standard office software.
Location: preference in Munich. Also possible from Berlin or other parts of Germany.
