We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end bid management process, including planning and coordinating proposalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts, such as Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery and others to gather necessary information and resourcesEmphasize the importance of meeting timelines to ensure timely submission of proposalsEnsure compliance with internal and external standards and guidelinesPresent proposals to stakeholders and address any questions or concernsImprove bid efficiency by developing reusable content and templatesMonitor and report on bid performance and outcomes as well as conduct post-bid reviews to identify lessons learnedQualificationsProven experience in bid management and/or contract management in the digital, IT or engineering consulting sectorStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneouslyUnderstanding of public sector procurement processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle discussions in German languageDetail-orientation with strong analytical and problem-solving approachAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWe offerWe offer you professional growth, meaningful projects, open culture, and an outstanding work-life balance.
