Account Executive DACH | Remote in Germany | Double OTE + Car Allowance
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Executive to join our growing Sales Team, with a focus on expanding business within the German market. This role involves exceeding revenue goals by driving new business sales across a portfolio of CX, CCaaS, AI, and Digital solutions.
You’ll engage with both new and existing clients to understand their business needs and deliver impactful digital solutions. You'll work closely with in-country partners and will work with a German speaking, in-country team including sales, presales, professional services and technical resource.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consistently close deals and build a robust sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
* Support sales partners in calls and closing efforts.
* Stay current with product offerings and attend regular sales training.
* Participate in industry events to grow network and market presence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
* Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, including strengths and weaknesses of other CCaaS, AI, and digital offerings.
* Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client processes, requirements, and challenges.
* Lead ROI-driven and strategic discussions to demonstrate how our solutions can transform customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
* A consultative sales professional who excels at identifying customer challenges and aligning them with powerful digital solutions.
* Proven track record as an Account Executive selling software and winning new business at the mid-market level.
* Full sales cycle experience—from prospecting to closing—using a consultative approach.
* Solid knowledge of the CCaaS market, ideally gained in enterprise software environments or systems integrators.
* A driven, quota-crushing mindset with a hunger for success.
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work from home and travel for client or partner meetings as needed.
