HR Specialist - Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of the HR & Finance function, you will play a central and versatile role in managing payroll operations within a demanding yet rewarding environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Guaranteeing compliance with both local and international payroll regulations.
* Collaborating closely with HR and Finance departments to streamline payroll procedures.
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits matters.
* Continuously improving payroll processes and exploring innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
HR Specialist - Qualifications :
* At least 2 years of experience in payroll, ideally within a fiduciary or law firm environment.
* Fluent in French and English; any additional language is considered an asset.
* Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive and rigorous mindset, combined with a sense of discretion and professionalism.
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
