You are a member of a cross-location development team that supports and further develops software for our internal and external customers.
As a 2nd level supporter, you are the contact person for requirements regarding ongoing operations and problem reports.
You analyse incoming problem reports, perform evaluations on databases and correct simple software errors independently.
Good knowledge of MS SQL and Microsoft .NET.
Communication skills and fluent German .
