We are seeking a dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our channel landscape and business in the DACH region.
Job Summary:
As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, distributors and installers to maximize the reach and sales of our products and solutions. You will develop and implement marketing and sales strategies tailored to the needs and goals of our sales channels. Additionally, you will provide marketing support to partners, conduct market analyses, manage budgets, and measure the success of marketing campaigns and channel activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner Management:
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, distributors and installers to maximize the reach and sales of PV & BESS products and solutions.
* Strategy Development:
Develop and implement channel marketing strategies and activities tailored to the needs and goals of the channels.
* Training and Support:
Provide training programs and marketing support to partners to deepen their knowledge of the products and assist them in sales promotion.
* Market Analysis:
Conduct market analyses and competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities and optimize market penetration strategies.
* Budget Management:
Plan and manage the budget for channel marketing activities to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize ROI.
* Performance Measurement:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and channel activities using KPIs to measure their effectiveness and continuously improve.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Proven experience in channel marketing, partner management, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of the PV & BESS industry and market trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market analyses and interpret data.
* Good German and English language skills are mandatory. Additional languages a plus.
* Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
