ZAPP Associates have been mandated on a SAP FICO Senior Manager role on behalf of a fast growing strategy consultancy who are building their SAP transformation team in Germany. Our client is a renowned advisory organisation who operate globally and are actively building their technology capability further with SAP at the forefront of their focus based on client demand.
The role will allow you to operate across finance transformation from advisory through to implementation utilising SAP S/4Finance and S/4HANA. The role will allow you to work with clients from strategic topics along with leading through to delivery leveraging both an internal and offshore delivery function.
Some of the key experience required for the role are as follows:
10+ years experience specialising in SAP FI CO solutioning
Deep finance and accounting process knowledge
Previous consulting experience as a Manager/ Architect/ Delivery Lead/ Senior Manager
Commercial experience working on RFP & proposals
Experience hiring and building a function/ team within a consulting environment.
Experience leading delivery across a finance transformation programme (S/4Finance)
The role will allow you to take a lead role within an established advisory firm with responsibility of building and leading a team in short term. With existing clients, you will be expected to get involved with advising clients on the journey to S/4Finance implementations immediately. The role will be a remote based role, however based on client demand, you may be required to travel across Germany on occasion.
