Are you a Commercial Manager ready to take our audio business to the next level?
We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage our commercial operations in Europe, supporting our business on two critical channels:
* Specialist audio business (DAC Channel):
This channel represents the core of our audio business and contains a mix of Distributors, Audio-Video specialists and Custom installers. Our brands are recognized as industry-leading, have a great heritage and have a loyal fan base, making them an essential part of our retailers’ portfolio.
* Electronic Super Stores (ESS Channel):
In this channel, our brands are experiencing a strong growth in headphones and other audio categories.
You will support the regional sales teams for both channels, reporting to the Sales Director DAC and work together very closely with the European Commercial Managers.
In this role you will collaborate very closely with the commercial leaders in these channels and the local sales teams, ensuring that our commercial processes and strategies are implemented, executed and optimized.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor the monthly forecast, ordering process and stock situation with the planning department.
* Manage product mix and monitor pricing. Initiate corrective actions/reports when sales, margin and profitability are not in line with objectives.
* Enforce all relevant contracts (e.g. distribution, EDI, Supply) to accounts.
* Informing Account Managers about products, services and other developments within Brand/Market.
* Handling marketing activities, as defined by Integrated Marketing team, and control promotional expenses.
* Implement planning, pricing, conditions and promotion strategies
* Monitor channel strategies, work with EU Go-To-Market (GTM) to implement the channel strategy.
* Assist the European Channel Directors in executing the commercial strategy.
