The AIS team provides Corporate Services, Fund Administration, Governance, AML & Compliance, Tax Compliance, Depositary, and Third Party AIFM Services.
We are currently recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify recruitment needs, oversee the selection process, and directly participate in senior position recruitments.
* Employee Mobility: Manage internal mobility requests and ensure smooth transitions.
* Onboarding & Integration: Support new employees during their first year to ensure successful integration.
* Career Development & Talent Management: Work on career development paths, identify high-potential employees, and coordinate talent management initiatives.
* Performance Management: Guide managers and employees through performance assessments, goal setting, and salary reviews.
* Employee Relations: Advise on HR matters, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges.
* Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
* HR Reporting: Deliver regular reports to support strategic decision-making.
* HR Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
* Training: Define training strategy in collaboration with the business.
Your profile:
* Master's degree in human resources, Business, Economics or equivalent;
* Approximately 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in service provider;
* Fluent in both spoken and written French and English. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset.
* Experience in talent management, recruitment, and performance management.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
* Proven ability to manage complex HR situations with rigor, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
