Transform Processes: Analyse and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will be at the forefront of implementing RPA, intelligent automation, AI and process mining solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts. You will be as well a creator on no-code systems such as PowerApp and PowerAutomate
Innovate and Optimize: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions. Your expertise in data-based decision making will help us stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. including AI-based process re-engineering
Drive Change: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. You will provide training and support to stakeholders, ensuring they are equipped to embrace the digital transformation. Contribute to reference and demand creation for the process area consulting services
Monitor and Improve: Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identify KPIs and metrics, and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes. Your insights from process mining and data analysis will drive ongoing improvements and ensure we achieve our business goals.
Qualifikationen
Master in business administration, IT, computer science or a comparable qualification
At least three years of proven experience in digital process consulting with a track record of successful process optimization and automation
Excellent knowledge of process consulting concepts and methods, Strong knowledge of PowerPlatform, PowerAutomate, PowerBI and PowerApp, as well as Copilot Studio and process mining techniques.
Certifications in relevant digital process management tools and methods are desirable
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions while driven end-to-end projects
Excellent communication, team collaboration and stakeholder management skills in English and German
