We are recruiting, on behalf of an international digital services company based in Leudelange, a Customer Support Agent to reinforce a customer support team for a 6-month assignment.
Your missions:

Manage customer requests via email, phone and live chat, ensuring a high level of service quality
*
Handle complex and escalated cases, acting as a support point for less experienced team members
*
Provide clear explanations of technical topics (domains, DNS, hosting, email services) to non-technical users
*
Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, product, sales) to resolve cross-functional issues
*
Contribute to the improvement of support processes and service standards
*
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs
*
Collect customer feedback and contribute to service optimisation
*
Support the onboarding and training of new team members
Your profile:
*
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support or technical support, ideally in IT, hosting, domains or digital services
* Fluent French and English (written and spoken) – both are mandatory
* German, Luxembourgish and/or Spanish are a real plus
*
Strong ability to manage complex customer situations independently
*
Experience with CRM tools, ticketing systems and live chat platforms
*
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*
Customer-oriented, proactive and well organised
