IT Service Technician (m/f/d) Project Preparation

Your tasks
* You will prepare IT equipment such as servers, PCs, printers and peripherals for our customers, including installation, configuration and functional tests
* As part of rollouts and hardware replacement projects for our customers, you will securely implement defined standards and ensure smooth software distribution
* You will also be responsible for setting up Windows systems, Hyper-V, SQL, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, user profiles and network connections, both in the client and server environment
* You will be actively involved in our customers' IT projects, e.g. site expansions, hardware upgrades or IT relocations
* In close coordination with IT colleagues, project managers and external partners, you document your work steps and ensure a structured flow of information
Your profile
* You have completed training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT systems electronics technician or IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
* Ideally, you already have practical experience in hardware installation, system configuration and workstation provisioning
* You have good knowledge of Windows operating systems and a solid understanding of networks (e.g. Hyper-V, Active Directory, SQL, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP)
* You work in a structured, reliable and service-oriented manner and keep a cool head even with an increased workload
* A class B driving license and very good German language skills at C2 level round off your profile
