Implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools and machines. Monitors results and determines machine and process capabilities and performance reliability. Manages the implementation of new processes. Selects the work equipment to be procured. Acts as contact person and problem solver with production technology.

* Ausbau und Prozessverbesserung
* umfassende Analysen und Dokumentationen von Rohstoffen, Metallurgischen Themenstellungen
* Leitung und Mitwirkung an Projekten
* Auslegung von Wärmebehandlungsprozessen
* Erstellung von Wärmebehandlungsvorschriften und Werksnormen
* Durchführung von Audits (CQI / Lieferantenaudits)
Job Skills
* erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Werkstofftechnik / Maschinenbau)
* Erfahrung im Bereich Werkstofftechnik /Wärmebehandlung
* idealerweise Ausbildung zum VDS 6.3 und CQI 9+11+12 Auditor
* fachliche Expertise in der Werkstoffkunde Metall
* Führungskompetenz
* Selbstständiges Arbeiten
* Sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
* Affinität für Innovation
* Hands-on-Mentalität
