Responsibilities and Key Duties :
* Advising on Complex Banking and Finance Transactions: Work on syndicated lending, leveraged acquisition finance, investment grade financing, and debt restructuring. This hands-on experience strengthens your technical knowledge and allows you to make a tangible impact on high-stakes deals.
* Cross-Border and Local Projects: Engage with both international and local clients, offering exposure to diverse legal frameworks. This broadens your experience and sharpens your problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile :
* Fully qualified lawyer with 3 to 7 years' experience in a banking or finance practice, preferably in Luxembourg.
* Strong interest in Real Estate Finance and Banking law.
* Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
* Proactive, dynamic, with excellent technical, drafting, and communication skills.
* Motivated by learning opportunities and eager to take ownership of complex matters.
