EHS Manager – Germany TSL Projects is looking for an EHS Manager to support and drive Health, Safety & Environmental performance across our construction projects in Germany.
This is a key role for someone who wants to take ownership on-site, work closely with project teams and contractors, and contribute to building a strong safety culture across international projects.
As an EHS Manager, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS standards on-site. You’ll work closely with project teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, manage risks, and promote a proactive safety culture.
Support the implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and management systems across projects
Ensure compliance with German construction regulations (ArbSchG, BaustellV, DGUV, etc.)
Monitor contractor EHS performance and support improvement actions
Support the preparation of EHS documentation, plans, and reports
Collaborate with project, procurement, and commercial teams on EHS matters
Deliver toolbox talks and support EHS training initiatives
Degree or qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field
~3–6 years of experience in an EHS role, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
~ Good knowledge of German EHS legislation and standards
~ Experience working on-site and interacting with contractors and project teams
~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
~ Work on large-scale, international construction projects (Data Centres, Pharma, Logistics, etc.)
