Role Overview
As Vertriebsleiter Software-Projekte, you will be responsible for the sales of tailored software development projects. Our client is a mid-sized, successful IT consulting firm with a focus on digital transformation, software processes, modeling, and architecture.
Responsibilities
* Lead sales efforts for custom software projects, ensuring sustainable, partnership-based client relationships.
* Identify and qualify new clients, develop existing relationships, and initiate up- and cross-selling opportunities.
* Act as the main contact for sales, preparing and closing project opportunities.
* Coordinate with department heads and business development teams.
* Prepare client meetings and proposals, and contribute to portfolio development based on market feedback.
Requirements
* Proven success in selling complex software development projects.
* Extensive network within corporations and the mid-sized sector.
* Deep understanding of sales processes in project-based business, including stakeholder management.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, also at leadership levels.
* Fluent German and good English skills.
