1. Monitoring and coordinating payments in connection with securities transactions
2. Independent day-to-day management of products and indices
3. Processing and timely execution of settlements
4. Careful and timely processing of internal and external ad hoc requests
5. Preparation, analysis, and dispatch of internal and external reports
YOUR PROFILE
6. Completed bachelor's or master's degree at a German or international university or completed apprenticeship training in a relevant field (e.g., banking)
7. At least two to five years of relevant professional experience in operations, middle office, or back office at a bank, asset manager, KVG, or comparable company
8. In-depth knowledge of capital markets
9. High accuracy, initiative, and a structured, conscientious approach to work
10. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
11. Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of VBA is an advantage
