Your new job includes
As an assistant to the two Sales Directors Western Europe & Middle East Africa, you will be an important contact person for the department and international customers.
In particular, you will
* support the division management in all classic tasks of an assistant and internal and external correspondence
* organize and coordinate appointments, events, conferences and trade fairs as well as calendar and travel planning
* act as an interface to internal departments and be responsible for internal communication within the division
* take on overarching administrative tasks for the department
* create presentations and minutes and support the division management in projects
Preferred Profile
* Commercial training and relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an international environment
* Confident knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), a digital affinity and ideally knowledge of SAP
* Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
* A confident and professional demeanor and strong communication skills
* Strong organizational and assertive skills and an overview in work-intensive phases
* Reliable and proactive working style and enjoy dealing with internal and external contacts
