The Industrial Lead User will also agree with EPO – subcategory on new suppliers and follow the trials, maintain an exhaustive list of actions, initiate regular reviews with plants to ensure no roadblocks, track follow-up of savings, and warn in case of under-performance or backlog.
Additionally, this role ensures that all levers for value creation are explored and formally gauges the business's sentiment towards users.
