As a Working Student in our People Team, you support us in creating a smooth and engaging employee experience across the full hiring and employee lifecycle. You contribute to onboarding, interview coordination, internal communication and People projects while gaining hands-on insights into modern HR practices. With your structured and reliable approach, you help ensure that our internal processes run efficiently and professionally. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Talent Lead.
What You’ll Do:
* You support onboarding activities by coordinating with relevant departments, preparing materials, and helping create a seamless start for new joiners.
* You coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for onsite and virtual interviews, communicate with candidates and interview panels, and ensure a professional candidate experience.
* You support internal communication formats such as All Hands meetings, community events, and internal campaigns, including preparation and reporting.
* You contribute to People-related projects by taking over administrative tasks such as documentation, data maintenance, preparing presentations, and ensuring structured project follow-ups.
* You explore AI-related tools and topics to help optimize internal HR processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
* You assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events such as offsites or culture formats.
Who You Are:
* You are currently enrolled at a university in Berlin or Brandenburg and have at least one year of studies remaining, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Economics, Sociology, or a related field.
* You feel comfortable communicating in English on a business level and have good knowledge of German.
* You are structured, reliable, and comfortable handling administrative tasks with attention to detail.
* You are curious about digital tools and AI applications and motivated to explore how they can improve People processes.
* You are open to working in our hybrid model and joining us in the office at least two days per week.
