The Solutions Specialist - Team and Organization Effectiveness Methodologies is leading the design and evolution of our team and organization effectiveness approaches in collaboration with practitioners across the globe. Key responsibilities include:
1. Working with the Methodologies Lead and team to develop, standardize and maintain team effectiveness and organization effectiveness (culture activation and organizational health) methodologies and tools that are robust, adaptable, and responsive to evolving client needs, with a view toward shaping the firm’s team and organization effectiveness agenda over the next 1–2 years and beyond
2. Leading defined workstreams and sprints in partnership with practitioners in the field, including:
Maintaining and updating our organizational health diagnostic
Overseeing the automation of team and culture diagnostics
Building and curating a comprehensive library of content and interventions to support the design of team and organization effectiveness programs
Advancing our internal training and accreditation program aligned with broader team and organization effectiveness methodologies
3. Collaborating with the Spencer Stuart Technology team to ensure our technology solutions effectively support and reflect the underlying methodologies
4. Partnering with practitioners on flagship client engagements, helping to elevate our team and organization effectiveness approaches while gaining insight into client challenges, priorities, and market trends

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
5. Five or more years of experience in team and/or organization effectiveness, leadership advisory or other professional services settings
6. An advanced degree from a highly competitive university in Organizational psychology or related field
ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE
7. PhD in Organizational Psychology or related field
8. Direct interaction or experience with executive-level clients
