Hotel Business Administrator (m/f/d) - Sales West Africa
Your Tasks:
1. Acquisition of new customers and active support of the existing client portfolio
2. Development and implementation of strategic and tactical sales strategies for customers
3. Support of Sales Management in coordinating and maintaining international sales activities
4. Expansion and maintenance of business relationships
5. Responsibility for the results of our solutions on global markets
6. Conducting customer presentations and product demonstrations
7. Management of employees at an international level
8. Close collaboration with Front Office, Revenue Management, Marketing and F&B
Your Profile:
9. Completed training as a Hotel Business Administrator or comparable qualification
10. Initial management experience in sales - ideally in the capital goods sector and in business with public sector clients
11. Sales experience in international markets and negotiation skills in dealing with public authorities
12. Solid technical and commercial understanding and the ability to think strategically
13. Professional and confident appearance, customer orientation and willingness to travel
14. Excellent written and spoken English and French (additional languages are an advantage)
