Project Manager Role
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the successful integration of assets across various project phases.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing stakeholders to guarantee safe, reliable, and compliant future operations.
Key responsibilities include developing recommendations for optimal target operating models for new build assets within the company's fleet.
Additionally, this person will lead and coordinate owner's specification requirements for new assets, working closely with growth engines from early project stages.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Participation in alignment meetings with technology suppliers/OEMs may also be required.
Qualifications and Skills
* Academic degree in engineering or economics (or equivalent)
* 3–5 years of site operational experience
* Relevant technical, commercial, and project management experience or ability to quickly develop advanced skills
* Solution-oriented, decisive, and able to simplify complex problems
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently (average 4–5 at a time)
* Proven track record of continuous improvement and business excellence
* Business fluency in English; other company languages beneficial
* Willingness to undertake frequent national and international travel
* Ability to work in a multicultural, diverse, and inclusive environment with a 'can-do' attitude
