They collaborate with product vertical leads and commercial teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance credibility, connection, and action with our communities.In the case of the Director of Brand for PAD (lifestyle), this involves shaping our approach to the overall performance-oriented lifestyle business—driving awareness, cultural relevance, credibility, and sales. They map long-term growth strategies in partnership with product, merchandising, and sales teams, focusing on core PAD franchises like the Cloud, lifestyle products from performance sports such as tennis, and partnership initiatives like collaborations with Zendaya.
