At the AI CoE, we shape the introduction and scaling of AI solutions across the entire company. We connect business, IT, and data platforms to bring business value through state-of-the-art AI solutions, always process-oriented, into practice.
Your tasks as a Data Scientist * – AI Center of Excellence
* AI Solution Design: Translating business requirements into AI solutions in close collaboration with business departments and IT
* Prototyping & PoCs: rapid validation of use cases (classic ML, Gen AI, agentic workflows)
* Operationalization: Support for the deployment of models and AI solutions in cloud and edge environments
* MLOps & Monitoring: Performance measurement, drift detection, A/B testing, continuous improvement
* Knowledge management: Documentation of best practices, methods, and frameworks; participation in AI guidelines and standards
* Technology scouting: observation, evaluation and conscious use of new trends, tools and frameworks
Your profile as a Data Scientist * – AI Center of Excellence
* Completed studies in data science, computer science, natural sciences or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience as a data scientist with in-depth knowledge of classic machine learning, deep learning and Gen AI
* Relevant experience in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, MLflow)
* Very good knowledge of German and English
* Experience with Gen AI, RAG and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Assistants API)
* Dealing with Azure services (e.g. Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Fabric, Kubernetes)
