Your tasks and responsibilities Research and development of security protocols for attestation, authorization, and integrity of distributed systems. Exploring and defining novel use cases for Zero Trust principles within the unique and demanding context of aerospace engineering. Contributing to a paradigm shift in how we secure safety-critical systems in an increasingly connected world. Desired skills and qualifications A Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related security-focused field. A strong foundation in applied cryptography, including Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and secure network protocols (e.g., TLS, IPSec). Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to dissect and understand complex algorithms. Hands-on programming experience with Python, C/C++, and proficiency in a Linux environment (including shell scripting). An independent, self-motivated mindset with an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and agile research environment.
