Job Title: European Human Resources Manager 1.Job Responsibilities (1) As a strategic partner of the business department of the overseas branch, deeply understand the strategic objectives and business needs of the business department, provide professional HR solutions and consulting services to support the realisation of business objectives, assist in the construction of human resource management system, research and design human resource management model (including the comprehensive construction of the system of recruitment, compensation and staff development). (2) Responsible for working closely with business departments, participating in the business planning and decision-making process, ensuring the consistency between HR strategies and business objectives, and promoting the implementation of various HR management activities. (3) Formulate and implement recruitment strategies, promote the formation of teams in overseas regions, and facilitate the overall enhancement of the team's professional capabilities. (4)Complete tasks assigned by senior management and the company. 2.Qualifications: (1 ) Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Management, Psychology, or related majors. (2) Possessing extensive overseas human resource work experience, familiar with overseas local labor laws and regulations; excellent business understanding and human resources expertise, able to closely integrate human resources management with business needs,, with experience in the wind power industry or other new energy fields is preferred. (3)Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, planning and execution capabilities; English can be used as a working language, able to communicate and exchange in international business fluently, with good cross-cultural communication skills. 3.Location: Hamburg 1.岗位职责 (1)作为海外分公司业务部门的战略伙伴,深入理解业务部门的战略目标和业务需求,提供专业的人力资源解决方案和咨询服务,以支持业务目标的实现,协助搭建人力资源管理体系,研究、设计人力资源管理模式(包含招聘、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设)。 (2)负责与业务部门紧密合作,参与业务规划和决策过程,确保人力资源策略与业务目标的一致性,推动各项人力资源管理活动落地。 (3)制定和执行招聘策略,推进海外地区团队组建工作,促进团队的专业能力全面提升。 (4)完成上级领导和公司交办的工作。 2.任职资格: (1)全日制本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、管理学、心理学或相关专业。 (2)具备丰富的海外人力资源工作经验,熟悉海外的劳动法律法规;具备出色的业务理解能力和人力资源专业知识,能够将人力资源管理与业务需求紧密结合,有风电行业等新能源领域工作经验者优先。 (3)具有较强的判断和决策能力、人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力;英语可作为工作语言,能够流利地进行国际业务沟通与交流,具备良好的跨文化交际能力。 3.工作地点:德国汉堡
