Project Coordinator Position Summary:
* Support and coordinate research activities of the center.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide project management and research administration support to principal investigators and research staff.
* Assist in identifying, acquiring, and managing research grants from national, European, and international funding agencies and programs.
* Monitor grant life cycles, from proposal writing to project execution, reporting, and closure.
* Ensure quality assurance and compliance with requirements from internal and/or external stakeholders.
* Advise on financial and human resources allocation.
* Interface with funding agencies for reporting and cost claims.
* Ensure internal communication and cooperation regarding research-related questions.
* Track, document, and report research information and data to internal and/or external stakeholders.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing and dissemination.
Requirements
* Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in externally funded projects.
* Proven experience in writing grant proposals and grant management.
* Good knowledge of Luxembourgish and EU funding programs.
* Project management skills and knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
* Fluent English. Knowledge of French, German, and/or Luxembourgish is an advantage.
* Service-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines and work efficiently in a demanding environment.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Team player accustomed to high expectations.
