Job Title: Legal Counsel This role involves providing daily legal support to multiple companies across the EMEA region. As a Legal Counsel, you will review, draft and advise on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service contracts. The ideal candidate will have fully qualified lawyer status in the EEA or UK with relevant post-qualification experience. Working experience at a law firm is preferred but not essential. A strong background in commercial/contract law, ideally in an international environment, is also required. Experience in data privacy and competition/cartel law would be beneficial but not necessary. You should possess good communication skills (spoken and written) when dealing with business stakeholders at all levels. Business English is essential while knowledge of German would be an advantage.
