Role Responsibilities: As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for: Partner with key accounts to provide expert HR advice and solutions, ensuring alignment with company policies and local labor laws. Drive the implementation of HR strategies and ensure local execution is in line with overall business objectives, Lead and contribute to key projects and initiatives such as change management, performance development, talent management, and compensation processes. Member of the Site Leadership Teams (SLT) in Bad Säckingen and Bergkamen, active participation, providing strong leadership and serving as a trusted partner to business and workforce. Participate in key meetings (HR & SLT) and build strong relationships across the organization. Oversee site-specific HR matters, including KPIs, engagement, and hands-on HR practices. Maintain accurate HR systems and tools. Support and develop the HR team, ensuring effective service delivery. Consolidate and manage the HR budget and expenses. Experience and Competencies: What we are looking for: HR Background: University degree or diploma in Human Resources, with 3–5 years of generalist experience, ideally in an international or multicultural setting. Legal & Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of German labor law, combined with financial awareness and basic project management skills. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; fluency in German and English. Working Style: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach. Digital Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using HR systems. Mobility & Mindset: Willingness to travel, especially to our Bergkamen site, and a strong focus on collaboration, leadership, and delivering results. What next?
