An innovative high-tech manufacturer in the field of scientific imaging and photonics is seeking a Managing Director to lead the company through its next stage of international growth.
The Role
1. Provide strategic and operational leadership across the business
2. Full P&L responsibility and delivery of growth targets
3. Drive international sales expansion and strengthen distributor/OEM partnerships
4. Lead and develop a cross-functional team covering R&D, sales, operations, and finance
5. Represent the company externally with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
The Candidate
6. Proven senior leadership experience (MD, GM, Business Unit Director or similar)
7. Strong background in photonics, optics, imaging technologies, or scientific instrumentation
8. Track record of driving commercial and operational success in a high-tech business
9. Excellent leadership, strategic vision, and communication skills
