Responsibilities
* Entwicklung und Optimierung von Lackformulierungen, insbesondere saure- und strahlenhartende Systeme
* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Mobelfolienbeschichtungen
* Planung, Durchfuhrung und Auswertung von Laborversuchen
* Fachliche und disziplinarische Fuhrung eines Laborteams
* Technische Kundenberatung und Unterstutzung bei Produktanwendungen
* Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Qualitatssicherung und Vertrieb
* Dokumentation und Prasentation von Ergebnissen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Qualifications
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lacklaborant:in, Chemielaborant:in oder ein Studium der Chemie bzw. Lacktechnik
* Mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung in der Lackentwicklung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf saure- und strahlenhartende Systeme
* Erfahrung im Bereich Mobelfolien und deren Beschichtungstechnologien
* Fuhrungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfahigkeit
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Kundenorientiertes Denken und sicheres Auftreten
* Reisebereitschaft (Kundenbetreuung und Teilnahme an Fachmessen oder technischen Meetings)
* Strukturierte und loungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
