Your mission Berlin (on-site), starting as soon as possible Position type: Part time working student contract, 6 months; ideally 12 months About the role As a working student in our People & Culture Team you will team up with our HR Team and get an insight into all talent, people and culture topics. You will especially support the recruiting process and help maintain our HR software and all HR-related data. You will provide support on the following tasks: Support our HR processes and administrative work Recruitment & onboarding of new team members Screening, organizing and selecting potential candidates for open positions Maintaining the HR software (Personio) with all HR-related data Campus improvement projects Culture, diversity and future of work initiatives You will be able to design and implement your own ideas independently and support the HR team in the further development and optimization of the People & Culture processes, KPIs and other exciting project topics. Your profile To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be: A current student, pursuing a Master degree in a related field (you must be enrolled to be considered) No prior experience is required, but a passion and drive for Human Resources in a fast-paced organization Experienced in Personio or a similar HR system Empathetic and emotionally intelligent An organizational talent and enjoy administrative tasks A desire to connect with people from all kinds of cultural and professional backgrounds Lots of curiosity, enthusiasm and team spirit Interest in HR related topics and had first touchpoints with recruitment and onboarding processes or transferable experiences both excellent English skills and great German skills And will likely have… Worked or completed an internship in a start-up or similar environment Hands-on, tech-savvy and detail-oriented, e.g. Personio, HR-software, database management software A people person with strong communication skills Why us?
