Your Role
In this 14-month fixed-term role, you will develop and showcase innovative culinary applications that bring Symrise products to life. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to create convincing concepts, provide technical guidance, and deliver projects on time.
* Create and prepare high-quality application samples that demonstrate the functionality and value of Symrise products
* Consult customers on the use of ingredients and support the development of application recipes
* Take technical ownership of projects, ensuring structured execution and on-time delivery
* Manage project documentation and tracking using internal IT tools
* Monitor food trends and translate them into relevant culinary concepts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
Profil
About You
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology or a related field, preferably with a culinary focus
* First experience in product development within the food industry is a plus
* Fluent in English; German is a plus or willingness to learn
* Flexible in planing and priorities
* Hands-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
* Clear and structured communication skills
