To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct customer visits to gather insights and define product requirements for the European market.
* Oversee the full product development lifecycle from concept through mass production.
* Manage the lifecycle of Milwaukee Construction and Wet Concrete products ensuring ongoing relevance and performance.
* Lead product marketing initiatives and support sales strategies.
* Coordinate product launches including production scheduling, product specifications, European warehouse availability, pan-European pricing, and local market price positioning.
* Present products to customer groups and at industry events across key EMEA regions.
* Deliver product training and technical support to distributors and international sales teams.
* Collaborate with global development teams to ensure alignment on product direction and improvements.
Your Profile:
* Relevant professional experience in product management ideally within the construction industry.
* Good command of English additional European languages are an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Will to travel as required by business approximately 15% of the time.
