Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our organization in a key role. As a crucial member of our Infrastructure Business Area Project Office division, you will play a vital part in identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.

* New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build up long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector as well as other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.
* Promotion and Sales: Promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
* Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans.
* Competitor Monitoring: Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies.
* Sales Reporting: Monthly sales reporting to management.

You will be responsible for promoting and selling our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, providing technical guidance and expertise to clients, and continuously monitoring competitors and industry trends. Your goal will be to identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required.


Your Profile

* Experience: Experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Certifications: Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management and/or energy solutions would be beneficial.
* Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Approach: Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Languages: Fluency in English and willingness to travel in Europe and globally.
