Project Overview: You'll be joining a major multi‑phase hyperscale data centre build, supporting construction, MEP integration, commissioning and the installation of mission‑critical systems for cloud and AI infrastructure. This environment is fast-paced, complex, and highly technical.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead on‑site delivery across construction, structural works, MEP coordination and day‑to‑day operations Manage subcontractors and drive progress across all work fronts Oversee logistics, planning, scheduling, and workflow execution Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and quality processes Coordinate with engineering, project management, and construction teams Oversee installation of electrical, mechanical, cooling and other critical systems Report progress, risks, and key milestones to senior leadership
Skills required: Strong experience delivering large‑scale or mission‑critical projects (data centres preferred) Solid understanding of MEP systems, structural works, and construction sequencing Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multi‑discipline teams Skilled in site logistics, planning, scheduling, and daily operations Strong focus on health & safety, quality control, and compliance Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management
