Exciting Sales Opportunities in Frankfurt – Join a Leading International Financial Payments Company!

Our client, a leading international financial payments company in Frankfurt, is seeking talented, sales-oriented professionals. Whether you are an experienced salesperson or have a passion for finance and client management, they have three exciting roles available:

1. Inside Sales Agent

Responsibilities:

1. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with Account Managers.
2. Build trusted relationships with clients to execute sales and exceed portfolio goals.
3. Handle incoming leads and secure new business to increase revenue.
4. Track and update activities, particularly cross-sell and upsell, using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements:

5. Fluent in German and English.
6. High school diploma or equivalent, with previous sales experience.
7. Telephone sales experience (Telesales Agent or equivalent).
8. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team.

Salary & Benefits:

10. Base salary €50, + up to €16, performance bonus
11. Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

2. Telesales Agent

Responsibilities:

15. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
16. Proactively acquire new clients and provide offers and contracts related to credit card acceptance.
17. Follow up on contract submissions and ensure timely activation of merchant accounts.
18. Conduct follow-up calls and prepare statistical reports.
19. Perform all necessary administrative tasks.

Requirements:

20. Completed commercial training or equivalent.
21. Fluent in German (native) and English (fluent).
22. Sales and customer service experience.

Salary & Benefits:

23. Base salary €45,–50, + €10, performance bonus
24. Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

3. Customer Account Manager

Responsibilities:

28. Provide proactive support to a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients via phone and email.
29. Maintain accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
30. Sell a full range of merchant processing products and services.
31. Act as escalation point for internal and external client issues.

Requirements:

32. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
33. 0–2 years of client management experience.
34. Fluent in German and English.
35. Some sales or client-facing experience.

36. Base salary €50, + €10, performance bonus
